Maarten de Mol van Otterloo
Maarten has extensive experience in the equity capital markets (‘ECM’) field and headed as managing director the Corporate Finance and ECM subsidiary of SNS Securities NV in Amsterdam. On behalf of Credit Agricole Indosuez he has been leading the Dutch activities within the European network in the field of acquisition finance. Maarten was also managing director of SNS Invest, a private equity company with shareholders consisting of large private clients and smaller institutional investors. Before starting Beethoven Advies Groep, he acted jointly with Jeroen as co-head of Kepler Corporate Finance Nederland. Maarten holds Master degrees in Business and Private Law from the Erasmus University Rotterdam. In addition he is an experienced mediator.
Jeroen van Zwieteren
Jeroen has gained experience in corporate banking, corporate finance and private equity during his career at Citibank (corporate banking and acquisition finance), Rabobank (head of structured finance), Kempen & Co (director corporate finance) and Cobepa (Nederland) NV, an independent private equity company (managing director). Jeroen is non-executive board member of Royal Sens (label printing for the food industry). He acted jointly with Maarten as co-head of Kepler Corporate Finance Nederland. Jeroen holds a Master degree in Business Economics from the Erasmus University Rotterdam.
